Overview

We are seeking an energetic Marketing Manager to join our team to help drive the growth of our emerging consumer facing brand, Zoompass as well as the corporate entity, EnStream. Primarily responsible for campaign creation, development, and execution, the successful candidate will have experience and success in working with partners and agencies (both internally and externally) to create multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns to drive client acquisition and growth. The candidate should be an organized and driven individual who can combine an ability to create and manage marketing campaigns with an ability to analyze client activity and campaign results.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Translate business objectives and target behaviours into meaningful and stunningly creative customer experiences with a high amount of focus on delivering measureable results

  • Contribute to the marketing/communications (mar/comm) plans, developing campaigns and establishing budgets for a new service offering with a national scope

  • Participate in and project manage “cutting edge” advertising campaigns that will push the boundaries and not necessarily be “letter of the law”

  • Be the main contact and work closely with network partners (Bell Mobility, Rogers and Telus) to coordinate marketing launches and campaigns

  • Drive the vision and execute on an existing client communications and growth strategy including a web site re-design to optimize the sign-up and product-use experience

  • Assist in guiding partnerships with external agencies, high profile partners and media outlets to develop opportunities for promoting the brand and service

  • Creating ”micro movements” that help push forward the overall “macro” picture for the company

  • Report back with analytics on the effectiveness of campaigns executed

Skills and Experience

  • 2-5 years of marketing/communications experience in a B to C business

  • Can work comfortably in a start-up environment where tasks must be accomplished quickly and often with limited support

  • Has been a part of “cutting edge” multi-channel launches

  • High level of competence in managing analytics and data analysis

  • Strong writing and presentation skills

  • Able to work within a fluid environment and implement a structured/disciplined approach

  • “Comfortable with discomfort”

  • Bilingualism is an asset
